Hello everyone...I wanted to let people know that I have founded a new real estate investors networking club in North Texas.Club name: Investors Group of TexasThe club will hold the monthly meetings at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas (north Dallas suburb).The club launch meeting will be on Tuesday, October 9th from 6pm to 9pm.I, Jim Watkins, will be the featured speaker.The first meeting is invite only however, anyone can register to be among the invited.

As Jim points out the seller has to understand the risks they are taking.Lending 5% can mean that you get nothing later if there is a default.
