GRRRRRRRRRR!
I had Signal Door Company come out to install my brand new $974.31 door on Sept 18. Since then it's been opened THREE times and closed TWO. I had to remove it from the motor just now to get it closed. There is NO way to lock this one down except stick a bolt in a hole.

So I called the co--Sunday, you know, it will cost me $138.00 per hour plus parts and travel time today. So, I will call them tomorrow and have them come. If it's not free, I'll call Masterdard for help. I MAY have them remove it! I'm so ANGRY!
