Just pay attention to all of the little tell tales that you will learn to come across. 

I then get nasty gram from sellers attorney... they are going to sue for performance..

Lessons Learned:The above tale is not a typical early possession, nor were these normal people in general.

The instagram photos look good as well... the before/after pic of "Floors buffed out" about halfway down looks great.

Re: InvestorCarrot - although you can't do PPC since it's cost prohibitive, that isn't to say you can't begin the process of ranking up your site, as well as marketing yourself on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

It reminded me of Phil Town's "The Wolf" fairy tale, where a rich man - perhaps also member of the Illuminati - gives him the secret to become wealthy.

However if the later becomes the case, what if in 9 years the tale end of those graphs is higher...Unless you plan on selling in the short-term the market direction isn't really that important.

Is there anything that is a tell tale sign I shouldn't buy if not willing to put in 20k or more?
