Fixing the foundation correctly is a gray area.

@Mike Thompson take your contract to seller explain to him exactly what your plans are with their house,have seller sign contract,after seller signs market the property as a wholesalerdo not tell seller you are buying with cash unless you fully intend to buy the property if you can't find a buyer

One of my dreams is a campground and am currently investigating the purchase of one in Grays Harbor area.

In Maryland I am going to say it is a bit of a gray area.  

@Brad Thompson It is neither good nor bad, it all depends on the tenant.

Wood flooring is about as timeless as you can get....and style trends and preferences go from light to dark, red to brown to gray undertones and small plank to large, shiny to matte...and who,would have guessed people would pay up to,get flooring that looks like old shipping containers planked together and sanded.
