College is simply not the correct financial decision for more and more people based on the cost.I think focusing on larger colleges and A+ locations close to "fun" (i.e. bars and football stadiums) will mitigate a lot of that vacancy risk.

I've worked in the ski industry in France, Italy, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

I charge up to $600/night I want to know that a mellinial or grandma can turn on a football game or the evening news without calling me and if they have no online premium accounts of their own.Or I want to pay for an online account to give guests a cable tv experience.
