Which areas in the Midwest are luxury airbnbs doing super well?

I'm planning for my 1st luxury airbnb rental as part of my 2021 real estate goals. What areas do you see are really successful for short-term luxury rentals? If you own airbnb rentals that are booked for over $200/night, please connect w/ me.
