If you listen to the BiggerPockets podcast, you’ve probably heard David Greene say something like “in these market conditions, good deals are made.” 

@Griffin MalcolmI would not give them a bonus as then it’s going to be expected later on.

But it's difficult and time consuming, and despite David Greene's book, I do think it's difficult for a brand new investor to BRRRR in Ohio or Alabama from California =)
