Hello All-  Have been investing in real estate since 2016.  Stepping it up a bit and moving from buy and hold to flips.  I have a team of professionals working alongside me including a real estate broker, contractor, project manager and hard money lender.  Also have a niche market that I am targeting,  However, because I live in Long Beach, CA, I am very interested in developing relationships with other real estate investors, agents, brokers, and lenders in the area.  My name is Dave and look forward to meeting you.

Welcome @David Lamb! when you mean other real estate professions, do you mean in other markets outside of California?

If so I focus in the Cleveland market. It's a great market for fix and flips!
