Mike Rubin Costs associated with buying a property

Trying to think of BP folks in that area and can't think of one....It kinda sounds like you might be having an employee shipping out or attempting to cover relocation costs, at any rate, if you need the real low down, I'd call a title company in the area and ask what closing expenses were for an $XXX,XXX purchase, they can give it to on the buyers side to the dime and what lender's charges are customary there, as that depends on the loan.Any FA types???

Andre An DIRECT MAIL HELP!!!! Quality of POSTCARD
9 May 2014 | 14 replies
In my opinion the quality aspect of this decision is not on the card print quality but more so the quality of the content and the "quality" of the distribution area. When canvassing with postcards my most successful card was always a black and white basic card targeted at that specific unit type with a basic message of "I would like to buy your house, please call Mark on XXX" Im not suggesting using this exact card but there is so much spam going through doors from pizza places that a colorful card can be mistaken for something else.I would try 3/4 test runs of different cards, monitor the success and go with that.Hope this helps.

John Carlo Gallo Irvine, CA question of what to do - Need some help figuring the best option
7 July 2014 | 7 replies
The rent to price ratio is around .35 - .45% of price in a lot of cases when involving the Irvine area.If you find that Corona might be a higher P/R ratio you may want to reinvest for instance to obtain the spread between the two areas while most likely sacrificing the price/appreciation stability of Irvine for an area like Corona. There are probably XXX other angles and ways of looking at it but I hope that helps.
