They won't negotiate for you but they will filter for motivation and set appointments for youYou could also train one or several virtual assistants either in the US or abroad and use ring central to route calls

bu that is more self management but you could always hire a virtual assistant to do it for you

Virtually paying my mortgage in my new home.

I work with a virtual wholesaler and we have closed only two deals so far this year in Nashville and both have been with myself as the end buyer (so we paid a little more to the seller) and also very unique situations (probate, inheritance, etc.). 

I also have a VA that I use regularly and am interested in finding out how you would us a VA to scrub and update a direct mail list virtually.  

Virtually every call I made I was told that I would need to have my current home rented for a year or two and then I would be able to purchase another property.

I will add a few that I use when working with a virtual assistant:  Communication: Google voice, drop box, voice recorder (Created by Triveous) uploads voice recording to dropbox where my assistant can get them in real time while I am in the field. 

Has anybody had success setting up a virtual assistant or answering service to field calls of people calling about your advertised rental properties?

And when you do add people you can start with one virtual assistant at $200/mo for research and grow from there.
