Direct Mail Campaign Management

Does anyone have a recommendation of someone who could manage a direct mail campaign in? I'd be happy to chat. we are looking for a massive number of leads coming in and have the agents that can work them. I have a real estate team that focuses on investments. We would be looking for listing leads. I've seen a few different strategies but one that I think is great is "we buy houses cash" or "partnered with an investor who buys cash" and then "ask us about your other options" on the bottom or something.

Almost contracted with a company that mails into your market for an upfront cost and you partner on every deal. Since we are a real estate team the higher the number of calls the better. So a high number of opportunities would be best.

The most recent biggerpockets podcast the guy did the "we buy houses for cash" or partnered with an investor and makes cash offers in the home. if they don't take it he says a high number of the leads end up in listings.

We want big results so I'd say we'd like a minimum of 5k mailers per month to start. Ideally 20-30 appointments per month.
