I see no new regulation laws being placed into effect and we're about to give those same firms hundreds of billions of dollars and possibly into the trillions without any consequences for their actions.When you say that the pool of money would work and I would need to raise the money, you mean 100% of the house cost?

In fact, I'm amazed how successful some "flippers" (I don't consider it "investing", I call it "trading") have been buying houses and selling them again for a 30%+ profit or more without improving them one bit.My understanding of the process involves a low-ball offer with plenty of documentation supporting the low offer price.

Depends on area.. why they went vacant in PHX and Vegas was that the construction industry came to a dead halt and half the renters worked in the trades and they ended up leaving all together to look for work elsewhere.Also PHX had double whammy if you recall the politics at the time in PHX were booting Hispanics that did not have green card out of the country...

I follow the dollar very closely mainly for trading and investing in the markets and I think dollars will be gain value for a little while here. question will be for how long will deflation last.
