Bank said no to Buyer because of transactional funding
Wells Fargo Denied a Short sale that I was working on because they said the buyer is using Transactional Funding. They said he is an investor and is Flipping, so they will not do the short sale. Anyone have any input on how to get around this? He was not using an Option contract

When our client did this, it was accepted with a short sale approval.

Duane, just a tip, IMO> Seems like every post you make it has to makea reference to pumping your services. A good way to be avoided is banging us over the head with this slightly under the radar advertising. Maybe you could explain more of the nuts and bolts than adding slices with the inference to call you for more details. Just a suggestion
