What the last 40 years of American presidential elections have taught me is that Americans continue to choose Democrats, we don't all have to like it but we might just have to learn to live with it. 

I learned that you can rent to placement agencies for much higher rent than what you can get on FF and Airbnb.

I am new to rental ownership and I am looking for like minded people around here at Rochester MN to learn more about details of this business

I am a federal employee as my day job and intend to stay in real estate investing (BRRRR, and rental properties) as a way to cash flow.I plan on purchasing my first BRRRR this year as part of my initial learning experience.I became interested in real estate due to a close friend of mine who is a realtor, broker and lender.

I'm hoping to connect with other California investors in the same boat and learn from people who successfully manage properties out of state.

I hope that understanding this will make it easier to have conversations about tiny homes and explore your options about creating villages.Also, I am super interested in learning about how the laws differ from state to state.

My screening criteria are out of date, and the laws have changed quite a bit since I last used them, but I'm also curious to learn what others include.
