In most instances disposal is jammed and simply inserting an allen wrench underneath disposal will unjam or pushing reset button. 

People jump all in and push other important items aside.

Unless you're into buying properties "as is" with no questions asked, I wouldn't try and push the subject with her unless she's totally comfortable having you look at it.

If you are fair, you will likely not get a lot of push back.

I think that as humans we are all likely to have lost focus on something or another at sometime in our lives..now that your back, feed that interest by acquiring as much information as you can in the form of literature, while pushing yourself to move forward with real life experiences. and have fun doing it!!

The only reason I ask is we have flipped SFRs in CT with a 140k ARV and the numbers were tight.Outside of 1 bedroom apartments we see major push back to electric heat.

It takes the "trailer park cities" and gives them the much needed infrastructure to actually have some of these people put down roots.  

Interesting enough, they can do that themselves for a nominal fee and that can push the thing back.My attorney asked the judge if we could just pursue the possession and leave the money out of it (since I knew I wasn't going to collect anything anyway).
