If we cant (which is ok as well ) then we after closing ,we will give notice seller/folks to remove cars with 1 week and after that we call "We Buy Junk Cars" people and they will tow the car away.

When those fixtures were removed so was the only receptacle which in that case would require a receptacle to be installed and by new rules it would to be GFCI required.

Removing junk is not that difficult/expensive.

Unlike a conventional where it automatically drops when you hit 78-80% of LTC or you can petition to have it removed if you add value/appreciation over time.

This property looks like it needs a new carpet or even just removed it for the hardwood underneath.

If older than 5 years,  replace it.Create a removable durock or fire proof enclosure within the closet,  ad a vent grill.
