Since the recent release of our BiggerPockets book Tax Saving Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor, our firm has been growing like crazy.

We have done 4-5 with Equity Trust and its always a pain to deal with them, back and forth and it has taken up to 3 weeks to get them to release funds.

Short of waving a wand to either create 3 million units from thin air, or eliminate 12-odd-million people over-night, there is no "release" of this pressure. 

Unbelievably, Crowdstreet is shocked that when millions of dollars are released with no escrow UNSECURED that these funds are subject to being stolen.  

The problem I see is most often they’re on the newbie/novice side and aren’t likely to release any control.

My questions are about getting these liens released.

Really dont want to walk around with 10s of thousands in cash... 4) Does anyone know what type of deeds Lancaster County PA releases after the sale/payment in full?

He may charge $5000 for the privilege and released so be sure.
