The guy I used to use sold his business to another company, and he'd never actually sit down and go through anything with me.

We are still waiting on this so we got a second lawyer to going to Bankruptcy Court and requested a Motion to Lift the Automatic Stay.Its all just sitting out there and costing money each month.

The other method is where the sponsor calls for all of the capital at once, and the capital sits idle with the sponsor until acquisitions are made.  

It will be awkward/uncomfortable, but arrange a sit down and explain it's best if she leaves without getting attorneys involved as that will affect her future rental aspects.
