Based on what i've learned, im not sure that is a big enough margin for profit if anything goes wrong, price negotiates lower, need to drop the price, margin for error in repairs, etc.My realtor has a ton of experience in flipping, but only works off the MLS it seems.

Only credit card companies and auto and consumer finance when you have the companies subsidizing the buy downs.I see this on the lending club sites were they are making these small loans to consumers. wonder when the other shoe will drop there..
