Feeling nervous about raising capital is normal, and a good thing.

I’m ready to start but nervous

Wife and I were very nervous and maxed out our credit cards to do the repairs. 224 Reposado was the address.

Oddly, 5 days from closing, everything looks good, there is no reason to back out.. and yet I am so nervous.

During the evaluation process, this family didnt quite fit my 30%ish living expense cost criteria, but the leasing agent said they seem fairly good, the credit report was fairly good, and I was getting a little desparate to rent since there wasn't a whole lot of applicants (it was also in February...not a moving time)  Prepaying 3 months in advance calmed slightly calmed my nervous. 

Owning properties in my personal name makes me a little nervous, but the financing terms are just so much better with residential financing for single family than commercial. 

To us, it looks like a great deal but it will be our first time investing and we're feeling a bit nervous about going for it. 

Nervous wreak, cause my partner backed out of the deal very early on.

Although I am completely green to most of the terminology and things in this realm and to be honest at times I feel a bit overwhelmed with amount of information about REI (hear: nervous laughter ), I am excited to learn about this!

Excited and nervous since be my first offer as a newbie.
