Misfires in a startup outside of Miami, FL

In the middle of my first fix and flip. Nervous wreak, cause my partner backed out of the deal very early on. I’ve already paid for the inspection, loan paperwork, and processing. Still haven’t made the deposit that would secure the contract. And closing is right around the corner. Ive asked most of the people I think to trust, for a loan. All of em have declined to help.
