The ones I’ve looked at have no rental cap and would rent for $100-$200 over that which leaves no room for reserves or special assessments.

Try leaving them a notice on the door, asking that they contact you as you would like to see the inside and try and schedule a day when you an get in. would you let someone in if they just knocked on your door and asked to see the inside of your place ?

@Arlan PotterI definitely do not know your market but have you ever considered leaving some of the staining in the floor?

We have a property manager for another SFR in town and they said furnished rentals are too much trouble, so they won't handle it if we leave it furnished.

Can I include anything for the month of September as they were in there all day today and failure to leave on the 26th made me loose an entire week of prep time?
