Article hereThe short version is that no evictions may be brought for non payment of rent against anyone who declares that they have been financially impacted by the Coronavirus until at least May 1st.I have property in NYC and Long Island, and I was talking to my lawyer a few months ago about needing to evict a problem tenant. 

I am curious to see what you would if you were in my shoes.I am a Canadian and grew up on the west coast on Vancouver Island and I spend some time around the West coast including Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna and all of the most expensive housing markets in Canada.

I remember just recently I looked at the inventory in Windsor Hills and there were only a few townhomes available whereas the year prior there were 12-16 consistently. 

Just have to be prepared and consistent in looking for the right property.

I make good money but it isn’t consistent nor hourly.

Hey Y'all,My wife and I came back from an island vacay that she got because of a big promotion she got! 

With this being said things never go as planned, understandably so.Looking at this I am not a fan of excuses and I am working on managing my time better to create more consistency with time blocking, I know it is possible to do this by working through your people you have put in place, but I am just here to learn from mistakes that other people may have made. 

Our strategy consists of finding undervalued properties focusing on student rentals and small multi family units (from duplexes up to 10 units).

My family loves the big island so I'd like to have something that we can use when on island.
