Steve Kontos Hi Steve, Yes I like cash flowing assets however I can't buy everything I find right now.I'm still newish at this and building my reserves at the moment.Right now I have more deals than I can buy so need to wholesale a few - which will intern help me by my bigger commercial deals.I'd love money partners however not sure how to go about that so I'm wholesaling the smaller apartment complexes at the moment :)Hopefully that makes sense!

Ironically, the caffiene and good food is fuel so you can worry about making deals, not cooking pasta and washing dishes.Then I added 2-3 international trips per year, same effect.
