Still makes this a very attractive market for out-of-state or international folks.

Ideally, I would like to set up a process where the tenants deposit the rent with the company through some electronic means and the company transfers the funds into my bank account.  

We've never collected rent electronically, but we'd like to start.  

I have worked in the past with a travel agent that brings international travelers in, most of their reservations are close to a month.

I am just starting to work with international investors.

I was an intern at the time with Holdfolio and was simply trying to answer some questions that were posed.

The tenant essentially pulls their own report and shares it electronically  (I would not recommend allowing the tenant to bring their own report as it could have been easily altered).  

So my story is, I was an international tax adviser for years until 3 months ago when I quit to change everything (travel across the country, find new creative ways to make money, that sort of thing).

Even myself that I'm just beginning, already have thoughts about finding a "intern" type of individual that wants to learn and will do in return all the leg work, and at the same time earn a percentage of the profits.

Social media accounts are established, we have not yet set up direct mail yet, and may be setting a kiosk up at the UTC & International Malls.
