is the problem at both the shower head and the tub spout?

Use a one-piece fiberglass shower (as appose to a tub or a built-in) they are harder to destroy and leak much less.

She also isn't in the best of health and periodically needs help with day to day activities.She owns a very nice townhouse (2 bedroom & 2.5 bath) that is paid in full, but has a fixed (that is very limited) income from one piece of commercial property that her family gifted her many years ago.

My partner had unforeseen health issues during the project and I had vacations and softball.

When I got to the property I noticed it wasn't the tub it was the toilet next to it and all I need to do was reset the toilet for $50.

I work as a physical therapist assistant in a home health setting, which allows me to travel around Tulsa and the surrounding areas, which I absolutely love to do. 

I have always remodeled the bathrooms in rentals with new tubs and hardibacker walls covered with 12 inch square tiles. 

Now with my own family and sick of  sacrificing my self,health, family, and peace of mind  for a employer who could careless and provide a kinda good lifestyle.

I personally have spent more than 25 years in the petrochemical industry and have had to wear fresh air respirators and full chemical suits in numerous pressure vessels and towers that have had toxic or inert atmospheres that were considered IDLH "Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health", and I still don't have the time nor the desire to worry about how someone's hair or lack thereof would impact whether or not I could work for or with them.

The seller from what I can gather is having health issues, secondary to two different hospitalizations in the time since we have been under contract.
