They are offering 25k to 30k not a set amount but a dangle----bait type dollar amount (about what you could make slinging Big Macs across the counter at a McDonald's in a bad neighborhood as a high school drop out).IF you play your cards right---Lots of stuff here that doesn't spell MENTOR for me.... to me it seems to spell Workhorse Easily replaceable Employee for low pay. It's your call as to if its for you or not.Just my 2 cents.

I do not want lazy employees looking to make a living and do the least work possible for a job.I am looking for those that want to put in the hard work and excel to have the chance at making a possible extraordinary life for themselves. It's just human nature lots of times if someone made 50k salary and had a chance for a 15k bonus if it was hard to make the 15k many would say forget it I have enough to live on the 50k.It's hard to find the potential diamond employees or workers among the duds.

@Arthur PanagopoulosI live in Silicon Valley and have 4 properties in SF...While I am of the view that RE has peaked in 2018 and has been and will be on a down slope for the next 2-4 years, I also believe opportunities exist in every marker if you understand the market and look hard enough ....I bought a small condo in prime SF location in 2019... with 10% down I am cash neutral.... tenant is a google employee making $200K annual....I got lucky because sellers was OOS....So if you look hard, “once in a lifetime” deal will show up every 6 months....Lol

I would not choose to do business with someone who treats his or her employees/contractors this way.

I have to remind my employees of this all the time.Contact your tenants and let them know - in writing - that they have until Thursday at 5PM to sign the new lease or give you written notice of intent to terminate on November 30th.
