I have read some books and articles online but haven’t actually done anything with it yet.

I am going to my local real estate investors club in a few weeks and I have also read some books and a few online articles.

@Todd Dexheimer, thank you for presenting your guide into the possibilities of commercial MFA investing.

I've absorbed the information of 4 bigger pockets books within the past month and a half, have been watching my local market, running numbers, and I feel that I've landed on a deal. 

I am currently reading through the Beginner's guide and following along with all the resources found on there as well as talking to friends that are real estate agents.

Lots of versed people on here to help guide you, I can only offer my newbie experience thus far with a SFH turnkey in San Antonio and my experience living in greater LA area.Please respond after you read the forums or whatever if you decide I can help in any way 👍🏽Jeff Nordin

We are looking at a property that is not in our state so I am relying on our agent to guide us to better areas.

I’m also looking at getting a few books from bigger pockets.
