Ok, so am getting into the Real estate industry as a way to achieve the financial freedom that I desire. 

Is this lender specific or is there a standard across the industry that I am missing?

I have been in the heavy equipment industry for over a decade so I'm very familiar with demolition, excavation, road/driveway construction and more.

For instance I just evaluated a triplex this morning which each 2bed/1bath rents for $2150, 3x the rent, and a 700 credit score, with no pets, employed in the same industry for 24 months, limits your pool to people who you probably aren't going to have these problems for.  

Hello fellow BP'ers-Like many of you I have an interest in RE investing...and also work in the industry supporting RE Investors as the Director, Business & Investor Development with Evergreen Note Servicing.I've read many discussions and had conversations with many others about servicers, servicing and supporting the investor network.  

Residential, probably a long haul, Retail is a better play, Industrial could be a home run.

Just wondering if some of this is too good to be true and if not I would love for you guys to enlighten me more of the industry.
