Developing land that is partially in a flood zone -New Jersey
Hey Folks, I'm looking for someone who is familiar with developing/subdividing land that partially sits in a Flood Hazard zone (not in the floodway itself) in New Jersey. I know its a long shot but I figured I'd throw it out there. LMK if you have some experience with this! Thanks
