We've built a database of foreclose times across the country in every state and try and price that risk/reward for different loan types, leverage and state specific foreclosure laws.

That's not something that always happens, but just food for thought.

A dash is one thing, Indian foods too much for me.That's why my lease included producing offensive or dangerous odors that caused reasonable complaints or health concerns. :)

Hard to give advice on this as there are a lot of variables that are left out of your description. but here is some food for thought:how are you figuring the $300/mo?

My time and efforts are rewarded by you then cuddling up to a wholesaler/turnkey or better yet, you decide you can only purchase that great home that is move in ready, at $.30 on the dollar because you saw it on a infomercial and they said it can be done.

I can gain access to the MLS other ways, and feel the risk (liability) may not be worth the reward.
