State case law says a bank/lender can't use their own attorneys as a trustee so they file a substitute trustee filing with the county that effectively hands over the foreclosure process to the assigned law firm that will execute the process of selling (via foreclosure) the property for the lender.

Also I'm a firm believer in the Amazon 2 day shipping with the student discount - I had it while in graduate school and it was fabulous for any book and movies I needed.Obviously, food shopping is the one thing I definitely do in person, and like others said - if it is something I need right then and there, or if the shipping costs are so high that it is worth it to go to the store instead.

The above is right on.Your tenant probably beached the lease agreement.So, as stated above hire a firm to protect yourself.Perhaps you should tell your friend that she will be liable for the eviction and it would be advisable to compromise.
