For example, the pro forma needs to include some or all aspects of LEED, Passive House, Energy Star, and/or Living Building Challenge, etc.I would really appreciate any examples and/or guidance on where I can get this information.

Welcome to the forums.I love quant research, due to stock investing, but I find that looking at houses with a seasoned realtor is much more valuable than the numbers aspect.
