Green Pro Forma Templates

Does anyone have an example or excel template for green development? I need to put together separate pro forma's for an industrial, multi-use, multi-family, and retail buildings all using green measurements. For example, the pro forma needs to include some or all aspects of LEED, Passive House, Energy Star, and/or Living Building Challenge, etc.

I would really appreciate any examples and/or guidance on where I can get this information.
