I have an open mind when it comes to the type of task at this point yet i feel some will be worthy of small compensation. i am not looking for a part time job necessarily although i am gainfully employed full-time I am in hopes that this can be a win win situation with the amount of members/ transaction taking place in and around this wonderful bigger pockets community. i am open to any and all suggestions and eager to know if i can start immediately analyzing real concrete deals locally and or from a far.

There are also plenty of mh on owned land or acreage, that has concrete footers to qualify for fha financing..This is what we see often in rural Florida. .I would agree the tax roll is generally lower.You should go look at that real good before you purchase..Check the plumbing real well for leaks.

Also, leveling a pier and beam foundation is so much easier than a concrete slab so you can compare better if everything is spelled out.I have done this before and it's not too tough to repair the broken joists, but the water damaged wood could be a problem depending on how much damage is there that you can't see.

Maria, im thinking what wayne means by perminant, is that the mobile home is on a concrete footing, not just sitting on blocks with the axles still under it, ready to move.

I dug 6 inches below the sidewalk grade, trucked out about 30 1-yard trucks of soil, packed in 4 inches of concrete base and 2 to 3 inches of gold-colored rocks.
