I have great stuff like Thermador Oven, Steame, Vent hood the list goes on and I just want to make sure they get the most money for these unused items!

You are just buying blind otherwise.Then I would go over each cost item and ask myself why it is that much and if I can cut  the amount..I would even go as far as interview renters and find out what their thoughts are about the location and the property.

I have only ever had one claim on insurance, and we got about 50% of the value of replacing the item.

This is a great list of items for me to ensure are addressed.

Real estate 101.Oh, one other remainder item:  if there is an unresolvable discrepancy holding up a closing between what the seller says and tenants state, have the title company hold an escrow for double the difference. 

I enjoy doing small handicraft type items and selling them at farmers markets on Weekends.

@Logan Koch I would have to agree with Jeremy about setting aside enough for repairs, general maint.. and large items like roof, sewer line, and misc...   

Nest's package is about $2k.Wanted to know if any one has experience w/ Nest, and if you know of other providers that have a variety of items for a smart home (and not just the security ones). 

I know right of redemption is one item in my state of Alabama.I’ve also heard the VA can drag their feet with closing.
