RE once was my sole source of income but since rehabbing turned an icy proposition here in Florida, I have since gone back to working as electronics engineer.

Two weeks ago my tenant called me and informed me that the house had burn to the floor.

I LOVE the new houses at Valencia/Alvernon.. but then there ARE A TON of complaints in that area.. its CLOSE to the MAJOR dump of tucson.. tons of complaints about smells and they burn stuff off from that dump.. its one of the CLOSEST areas to the dump, but the houses are brand new and NICE!

In fact, I think there is actually a relationship, because people who got burned by the dot com crash started moving money into real estate.

There are 3 I'm interested in, 2 have been vacant for as long as I can remember (at least 2 or 3 years), and another that is a burned house that might just need to be dozed.

Say you need 4,000 a month to live on, you are burning through 2,500 right now.
