Hey everyone,So I am brand new into RE investing, but I’ve been researching and looking into it before I decide to start looking at potential properties to invest in.

A real problem is the copy on your door hangers does not match the audience you are giving it to thus generating no leads. you can hand out a million door hangers and if your copy sucks, if you do not know your audience you will get 0 leads.

I am brand new at this and, honestly, pretty uncomfortable.

@Rein Garcia My business is run almost exclusively with VA's...support staff is local just because it makes sense as she improves her skill-set and grows with the company into other positions...programmers, coders, mapping solutions, website design, all branding and design work is completed by VA's...

With no reviews and brand new to market, things could be slow.

I am closing on a 2 bedroom condo next week, but need to renovate it (new flooring throughout, brand new kitchen and applicances, repaint), which could take ~6-10 weeks. 

That is for a 3 BR and 1.5 BT that sleeps 11 by SEA airport. 

For example, if there a sewer clog, do they call one of the big brand plumbing companies and then charge you a 10% service surcharge?

It looks like a money pit to bring them back to life, and the average income in Oak Cliff is a paltry 45k a year, so you'll be hard pressed to ask for $1700 a month (I noticed they just built tons - and are building tons more - brand new apartments left and right which I would think would depress the rent market for the older surrounding busted up homes).
