The only time I needed to print any documents was for a copy of the lease for a local utilities department that required it to turn on utilities.Something that I had not considered, but became incredibly valuable was the in a communications.

I would recommend printing a booklet on proper use and care of the tub because most people just don't know how to maintain one, but I bet they would be willing to learn.

If they do that, I print, sign, scan, and email back.  

Some charge a management fee evenduring vacancies.The point is, you have to research and read the fine print.

You can also drop off printed flyers to local brokerages and ask them to post in their copy room.

May share later why after 4 years successful STR business I decided to gradually convert to LTR).I still have one unit left and VRBO is acting; the payout date which is supposedly hard printed in the reservation page under "payment" tab, gets re-edited every few days....I posted this to see if I am the only one in this situation, maybe because I have not renewed my subscription or something specific to my account or everyone else is seeing the same.If you are receiving payouts from VRBO smoothly or not, please share.
