I go on my county website and type in the last name of someone or a company and you can see how many properties they own in my county.

As for the affiliate income, Chad listens to podcasts on the topic and built out the website about a year ago.

I'm brand new to the website and I must say I'm very exicited about learning some new information. 

As far as the advertising, if you want to pursue this and spend your money, try sellpoint, it will post your property to 40 other websites (but some of them will already have the property due to the MLS.)Good Luck,Javier T.
