Seems like they just went on rentometer plugged in the zip and # of bedrooms and used the amount it spit out.

I am looking at specific zip codes. 32210, 32244.

I think also the problem is the zip codes that I'm targeting are probably is too hard to find a something in my price range....

I only work in a handful of zip codes, so I would narrow it down depending on how much you are preapproved for and then find an agent who specifically works in that area

I am finding the prices of condos varies dramatically with in even the same zip code.
