@Tracey Williams From what I'm told, the lender (Freddie) will approve the property and the borrower.

There is a real estate group that gets together at the Keller Williams NW office every third Thursday of the month @7pm.

@Sarah Williams , there was a very notorious meth house in my city that was purchased at a huge discount, remediated to city, county and state standards, and is now on the market at full price.

Also, on a side note, I plan on becoming a real estate agent with Keller Williams in the next few months.  

(Sarcastic)  @Laura Williams Some forms of tax evasions can be expensive.. if the city isn't raising the revenues that it should, then you hear of cities filing bankruptcies like Detroit and others.
