Strategies to Find More Wholesalers
I've been searching for more wholesalers in the Washington, DC area. I'm a part of the DC REIA, but I need access to more deals. Any suggestions on ways to find more wholesalers?
How do I confirm that the wholesalers are legit and that they have control of the deal?
Are there any specific questions I should ask wholesalers to protect myself from any headaches?
