Just getting started in the flipping and wholesaling here in Lafayette, Louisiana area. I am currently a sponge on any information or suggestions on getting started. Been doing a lot of studying, just getting started on networking and am very excited to get started on my first deal, so any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nick G.
