@Brian Kasper last inspection on a condo for me produced a new HVAC system installed prior to closing.

I’m getting my home renovated and we’re now on the windows and door installation stage.

It took the PM 3 months to pay back in installments & the company was dissolved after.Like I mentioned above, that was a professional tenant & I need her to help confront the PM for my lost at the beginning.

What counter tops did you use, and did you install them yourself?

Hopefully, the old ones can be removed and the new ones easily installed without drilling and cutting the door.

And, they should be willing to compile the following due diligence information for your review: who is jurisdictional authority; what is current zoning district;  when were onsite water/sewer lines installed; who owns (maintains) onsite lines; when were onsite water/sewer lines last inspected; does seller have copies of onsite water/sewer lines "as-built" plans; if seller doesn't have as-builts, can they be obtained from jurisdictional authority; does seller have clear title to all park owned homes (POH); who are POH manufacturers and when were homes built; etc.

(They said the water heater and central heating were installed illegally) They finally fixed the central heating in the beginning of feb and got a new water heater on February 6th.

I mean, a toilet still costs about $100 and $150 to install.

More specifically, if you are rehabbing the apartment complex anyway, then installing this water submeters will definitely add value to your building in the short and long term by increasing your NOI and increasing your chances of a sale in the property disposition phase respectively.
