I have a dated house I'm having the doors and trim panted and I was wondering if its beneficial to replace the dated door knobs to the bedrooms/ closets? Or just leave them? Thanks in advance it will be around 100$ to replace the dated ones.

If it doesn't contribute in some way to increasing the rent and they work fine don't bother. Landlords that make personal taste decisions are throwing money away unnecessarily.
