Lots of Rehabers are trying to find anything with some architectural appeal on the East side of the I275 Hwy. to fix up inside like new and try to sell in the high $200K's.

Your point remains, but Miami is a poor example for this.....with the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Everglades to the West, you can really only go North/South.  

@Caleb Schmitz I think the safe room idea does not give you any tangible benefit in any type of common rental, no matter if low income or upper middle class - it's not something people would value that much.
