Look at the video on analyzing properties.

Been watching a lot of videos on youtube and currently reading, "Flipping Houses Exposed" by Danny Johnson.

We always do a full video tour and post pictures online so that people can get an idea of what it's like without an actual viewing.

Just saw the video posted by @Brandon Turner about the new subforums and thought I'd kick things off here with something fun.So, my question: Have you ever done something fun or special to celebrate a closing?

I forgot to mention you should read Dave Van Horn's articles on BP and Scott Carson's videos on Vimeo or Youtube or wherever they are.Those alone should give you a pretty good overview of the basics.The reason I recommend going to newbie conferences isn't so much to learn but to meet the vendors who have booths there.
