So in Boston, that range can be nearly 50 degrees from summer to winter!  

Given the abundance of surrounding towns in Boston, I want the best chance to occupy the units with qualified tenants.Thanks so much!

And realize that going from 0 to 1 property and 1 to 2 properties will move at a snail's pace in Boston.

A 30% value add on a $600K house in Boston is more profit than a 30% value add on a $200K home in Oklahoma.
