Hello All,

I am looking to expand my portfolio. I live outside of Boston, MA. I have around $170k to invest. I am looking to invest in the New England area. Couple thoughts on which state is having the most success stories with Multifamily investing? And which state in the New England area would you suggestion to invest in?

Thank you for the responses in advance.

Make it a great day!

Matthew.

@Matthew Purvis

Give us a little more information about what you’re looking for. I think before you’re going to get a full comprehensive answer, you’ll need to provide additional details. Although this list isn’t exhaustive, it will give a good start:

- are you looking to purchase this as solely an investment or a house hack of some sort?

- how do you intend to rent it out (short term, long term, monthly) ?

- are you more interested in cash flow or appreciation?

- what’s your property management strategy and do you require to be close to it?
